Parties and More...

Well..   its been a week and i feel like i've been super busy between making appointments, attacking a few mountains of laundry, unpacking and party planning.

I FINALLY set a date for the girls' birthday party..  that'll take place October 16th.  woohoo!
I've reserved the ramada and a super cute pink Princess bouncehouse.

I've decided what food we'll be having and decorations to buy.. and YES, of course it's still Hello Kitty themed. :)

I also decided I will for sure be having a Fall themed baby shower the weekend before Thanksgiving.   Since this is my 3rd, i really debated not having one but I think if I pass this up, I'll feel bad a regret it.... every baby deserves to be celebrated!
I just hope friends and family care enough to show up seeing how no family members on Jeremy's side decided to come to Maleah's but I DID have some awesome friends show up.

So with this Fall theme comes some awesome ideas...

First, I'm super excited to do hand made thank-you gifts that will be Caramel Apples in cute little cellophane bags and sealed with a Fall themed ribbon.
I plan on decorating with 'fall' colors..   deep reds, browns, oranges, yellows etc and keeping it all rustic using whicker when I can and sunflowers..   whats better than sunflowers in the fall?!

I want to keep the food cutesy and dainty i guess you would say..   2 bites or less so it'll all be like appetizers, but meal like all at the same time.

Mini bitesized pumpkin pies, Chicken and Gravy Sliders, Stuffing 'Muffins' and drinks along the lines of Hot Cider and Hot Chocolate and Yummy Cranberry Juice with orange peel and ice.  All of the drinks of course will hopefully be in glass containers with spigots..
Im super excited and although it's going to be a lot of work, I love a reason to get family and friends together and it'll be worth it.

Baby Baking is going well..   I'm offically in my 3rd Trimester since I turned 28 weeks this past Sunday and boy is time flying!    Like seriously, it can slow down anytime now..  this is absolutley insane.   I still dont want to believe I will have 3 kids by Christmas.  I keep telling myself I'm not ready, im not emotionally prepared for this but I am sure physically ready to be done!    I love being pregnant, but I cant wait to have my body back for just ME and to focus on MY health and well being for a while.

Just like I told a friend earlier, I plan to be fetus free for atleast 5 years!

I can't wait to meet him/her and see which one of us they look like since Mallory and Maleah are polar oppsites like Jeremy and myself.  <3

I feel like the next two months are going to be insanely busy..   I've got two seperate appointments in the next week,  Thursday is a regular Dr appt and next Tuesday is a follow up cardiac Ultrasound again..  Hopefully baby cooperates this time!    I need to order all the supplies and make the girls' outfits for their Bday Party, Plan this Baby shower and get invites out for that... I have to keep up with my Dr appointments weekly along with planning for this baby..  Of course my normal mommy duties with the girls and my house work that I have to keep up on anddddd  shopping for Birthdays and Christmas to get them out of the way since I dont see myself fighting the Christmas rush with a NB in tow, that would just be..  crazy.   Especially healing from a C-section.

Oh well, I can sleep when I'm dead.  ;)

It's already been a month...

Well i ceant believe that it's already been a month since I last wrote anything.

Nothing new with the baby, still have to have another follow up ultrasound since we couldnt see the heart..  again.   Little turd was sitting right on my cervix again and wouldnt move so the sonographer could get a better view.

We had a TON of rain last week from what was left of a tropical storm down by Baja California.    The rain was awesome, the shitty leaking window and sliding door in our apartment however was not.  The window in the girls' room practically pours water and water & drywall do NOT mix.    The top of their window frame from where it leaks pretty much collapsed in huge fist size chunks showing us a nasty brown, soaked and mildewy frame.   GROSS.

Not to mention how badly our sliding glass door leaks in the rain...  and its not like the water goes under it like it can a front door that doesnt have tight weather stripping..   the water gets into the top of the door frame and pours down the side in a little waterfall type flow down into the track of the door which then fills and floods and whats there to catch the water?  OUR CARPET.     Friggin NASTY.

The managers at our complex are about the most incompetent people I've EVER met.    Three whole months of living there and ONE thing was fixed by them, of course only because i called them and said it was an emergency.. not once, but THREE times before they would come down and help me.    That time was when the friggin kitchen was flooding from the upstairs neighbor's dishwasher.   :/

Hmmm..   lets see..   did i mention they never fixed our garbage disposal?   It didnt work when we moved in and everytime you tried to use the dishwasher, water would back up into the sink.       Jeremy ended up fixing it a couple of weeks ago so we had a normal working sink.

I also got ELECTROCUTED by our stove.   YES, our stove.    I was making Mallory some noodles and was breaking them apart in the pan with a fork.. a regular old stainless steele dinner fork and apparently touched my bare belly to the handle of the stove  (the metal bracket on the side)  yeah..  i got a surge of electricity from my stomach to my hand.   WTF.   Did they care?  Nope.    I personally find it to be a big deal when A) a stove has a freakin current running through it  and B) a pregnant woman gets electrocuted in the belly.

So..   we did what any sane people would do...   we packed up and hauled ass outta there.    Literally the night before we moved I started packing and Mallory pointed out the carpet behind the kitchen bar was wet.. again.   WTF.   This time it wasnt from my sink overflowing/backing up with someone else's dirty water...   it was..  from some magical source.    And I'm sorry but I am not about to soak up that nasty shit again with my bathtowels that needed to be packed away in bags so we could move.     So we left a fan on hoping it would dry a little overnight..  The next morning we wake up and our house smells like hot garbage..  all because the rotting greasy/garlicy smell in the friggin floor.    It was so bad I walked into the hallway and had to run and vomit.    *sigh*    We can never win it seems.  :(

I am just so beyond stressed out, i feel like I cant even deal.  :(    I seriously think i'm going to crumble into pieces at any moment and not be able to recover...  but God frobid I show any emotion in real life because my feelings dont matter.

Bitchfest Over.
