Pima County Fair!

I can NOT say how freakin excited I am for this weekend.

This will be the first time we've attended the fair since 2009 i believe.   Yay for family time and yay for fun!

Hopefully Saturday we're going to go and the only downfall is the heat.. well that and all the amazing delicious fair food is soooo expensive.    Damn having responsibilities and bills to pay!

This weekend we have my phone bill, half car payment and those suckers add up!    Fair tickets are $8 each for adults and the girls are free..   plus a $5 parking.

This weekend is when they have the horse 4H events so there will be a ton fo jumping, pleasure and speed event going on and i know Mallory is gonna love watching that..  might actually have a hard time prying her away.  lol

This is 100 years celebrating the Pima County Fair.

Hopefully Mallory will be able to go on atleast a few rides and overcome her motion sickness..   (which BTW happens only when we're driving through the mountains..  )

Oh man, i feel like a kid before Christmas. 

Growing up in Ohio,   every year i showed my horses and loved every second of it and I still feel like nothing will compare to the Fulton Country Fair..   or even Quarter Horse Congress, but this is sure a close runner up!

Hopefully in a few years my own girls will be showing their animals at the fair just like Mommy always did.  <3

Exausted? Why yes, yes I am.

It seems like the last few days have been so crazy busy..   amd I am exausted.   Yet, here I am at 12:10 on blogger, FB and BG.   *sigh*

No wonder Im so tired when I cant get myself to bed at a decent hour.    I feel like yeah, i should be getting some much needed sleep but its so nice to have time to myself once this kids are asleep to so whatever the heck i want.  

The last few days have been so busy..   yesterday, I feel like i spent all day in the kitchen.   Mallory and myself were busy making a kajillion sugar cookies and decorating them and if that wasnt enough I spend a good chunk of time making home made hamburger buns and of course delicious bacon burgers to go along with them..   today was full of making a loaf a spicy white bread (yum) and making pizza dough for home made pizza tonight and crazy me is even considering making home made bagels tomorrow.    what am I thinking?  lol   maybe tomorrow I'll give myself a break of my kitchen duties.

Today the girls and myself took advantage of this oddly cool day and went out and marked where our garden will be.   Our Garden you ask?   Yeah, Mallory found a baggie full of my empty seed packets from last summer and now is really intent of having a garden this year.     So today we went out and i raked up and plowed the dirt to make a nice sized plot..     this year we're actually going to have a real garden but it wont be an easy task.
  Since there is such poor soil here, we need to buy bagged soil so our veggies will actually grow to mix in with the sand and soil already in place..   we have to get a fence..  atleats 3 feet high to keep out those giant jack rabbits.  

Also on  our list are green houses..  the little 30 or 50 plot plastic ones to start my seeds since seedlings are so sensitive to extreme heat, we'll have to start them and transplant them once they get about 4" tall.   Pain in the booty and a lot of extra work for an already over worked mom, but it's worth it.  :)   maybe this will insure my girls will always love their veggies if they get to be a part of making and growing their own food and get to see the whole process and where everything comes from.


Well, this exausted momma is having a midnight snack and taking the kids to bed so I can go to bed myself..   I've got a busy day of laundry and my 'womanly duties' to attend to tomorrow.  lmao.

So, im sitting here watching Real World and for those of you who dont know, this season is in Las Vegas and theyre staying in this super nice penthouse.   Well majority of the cast seems cool..   a goody goody guy, another that just wants to bring home anything with a vagina..   another guy that has to be in the middle of everything and make everything about him..  a few cool chickas...   then, theres Adam.   one of the biggest douches to walk the Earth.

This POS is a top of the line asshole.    Doesnt give a shit about anyone but himself and basically doesnt give a shit about himself either..   this loser gets shitfaced all the time, is playing his girlfriend back home with some possessive crap and is playing some girl in the house. 

Not to mention he's currently three sheets to the wind and is taking swings at the girl he 'cares about' in the house.   what a frucking winner.  (insert eyeroll here)

Wow, this season is one fucking hot mess.   but it makes for great TV, right?  ha.


actually kind of hard to believe this is season 25 already.   hmm.

Netflix is the Devil.

lol.   I've been wanting to get on and write something new for daysssss  but Jeremy was every so awesome and signed up for Netflix, so any down time has been spent watching all kinds of movies with the kids..   from Easy A to Gamer to Rainbow Brite.   Fun times I tell yah!

Now I was super motivated to get on here and spill my guts about my wedding ideas and all the plans I have but after spending some time.  (like 2 hours) on BabyGaga and putting Maleah back to sleep after waking up for a snack..   I have almost no desire to do so.  :/   LAMEEEEE.

Things are starting to change aorund here..   I'm getting my butt in gear and have been going for 2-4 mile walks in the last few days here and have been trying to eat healthier although today while running errands, we stopped at Eegee's and my fatass scarfed 9" of original grinder deliciousness and a serving of chili cheese fries.  oink oink.     this can be a cheat day right?   Although I dont think I've been doing this long enough to have an actual cheat day.  lol.   Oh man, it was yummy and worth it..  maybe two walks tomorrow to make up for it?  That works, right?

Maleah has been getting soooooo big so fast.  Shes been sitting independantly and has been rolling from back to tummy for like 2 weeks now..   Shes still  not too interested in 'real' food and likes to sample things but prefers to stick to her formula for now.     We actually had to go out and buy a new bassinet today to replace the one she had which seems like such a waste since she wont be in it for much longer..   but thats the only place she has to sleep when Jeremy is off..  otherwise she's in bed with me from 4:30am til we get up for today.   Chunkers Mallory has leaned on the bassinet (the old one) a few times and letrs just say its not made to support a 53lb 3 year old.   The metal stretched out and we just didnt feel safe keeping her in it when it so easily comes apart now.  So, shes got a brand spankin new bed.

Jeremy's new job is going awesome..   Its still hard to have him out of the house so much now that he's working normal full time hours, but ive learned how to get things done and the girls and myself are getting used to it.    We're finally catching up on bills and I'm putting away money here and there for a slowly building savings for a deposit on a new place and a few months rent and then of course we'd like to get a bigger vehicle  *coughireallyreallywantaminivancough*  by Christmas time this year.      It's insane to try and go shopping and take the double stroller i got a few months ago and actually buy anything since the backseat of our 4dr sedan (Malibu) is full from just two carseats and the stroller practically takes up the whole trunk space.   

Mallory..  heh what can I say about Mal?   She's 3 1/2 goin on 16  (insert eye roll here) but she's also my little love bug.   Snobby at times and refuses to cooperate 89% of the time shes a great big sister and Mommy's big helper.   She loves mopping the kitchen floor and helping me do the laundry..   and everytime I have to go outside to check animal water, she right there beside me racing me out to the spicket to turn on the hose.     aaaaannnnnnddddddd she finally learned how to drive her stinkin power wheels she's had for over a year now.   lmao  I know she's secretly known how, but just refuses to do it since she can sit back and enjoy the ride while Jeremy drives her pretty pink corvette around.   <3
