Lately I've been wanting to get back on track and eat healthier again.. just to really take better care of myself overall..
This is my breakfast on an average breakfast not.. 380cals and super filling
one slice of toast, bacon, fresh fruit and one hard boiled egg. yum yum yum

I actually had a day where i was feeling pretty and had to take a new pic. :)
Ive just been feeling so down lately.. feeling super depressed and starting to hate my life. It seems like every day just runs together.. barley having any adult interaction. every day its cleaning, cleaning, more cleaning and taking care of the girls. Im lucky if I have a few minutes to myself for the day.. if I can squeeze in a shower. *sigh* the life of being a mother.
So I'm taking steps to take care of myself so I can be around longer to take care of my girls. Theyre what matters. <3
